Responsibilities
Ability to work on a team to provide the highest quality level of care to individuals with disabilities in their homes
Ensure the safety of individuals served
Ability to participate in individual and group activities to promote a positive and caring home environment
Encouraging independence by assisting individuals with self-care, cooking, cleaning, etc.
Promote self-advocacy and socialization
Flexible shifts available
Weekday first and second shift (6a-10a, 4p-7p, 2:30p-10:30p)
Weekend first and second shift (7a-3p, 8a-4p, 2:30p-10:30p)
Overnights (10p-8a, 11p-7a, 11p-3a)
4, 8, 10, 12-hour shifts available
Double and power weekend shifts are also available

Must be 18+ years of age and have a valid driver's license
Pass background and driving record check requirements
Natural ability to display enthusiasm, patience, compassion, and respect
Employees will become certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Medication Administration. This training is provided.
