group home manager
Our valued staff provide residential services to assist individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible in their home. We are looking for an energetic, passionate individual to oversee one of our homes. The ideal candidate will lean into the joys and challenges of managing the services for an amazing, fun group of clients!
A critical role of the Group Home Manager will be to train, develop, and provide oversight to the team leader and direct support professionals to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to those we serve. We do prefer someone with previous experience in a supervisory role; DSP or caregiver experience is also a huge plus.
Other responsibilities include
Serve as a liaison between the home and community, day program, families, or other involved agencies or individuals.
Provide direct care and guidance for individuals
Assist scheduler to assign staff schedules
Inventory and purchase of household items and groceries
Plan and implement social activities
May be required to cover shifts if no coverage is available, flexible schedule is a must

Must possess a valid driver’s license as transporting individuals is a must!
Hourly pay is $19.50
